i know what tattoo millie doesn’t have, because during the short period where lucifer’s possessing her, she keeps taking the wheel of the vessel to go and get herself the ugliest cartoon devil tattoos money can buy. lucifer is wasting precious grace getting those off of her body because he can’t stand them, and then she just goes and gets another one in a couple days time.

#there’s a lot of ways in which The Possession of Millie Winchester is the part of her life thats the least like a horror story #and one of them is this. that the tattoos are something she can get and lucifer can erase and she can get again #it’s a negotiation of autonomy on a small scale. she’s doing this to annoy him. and he’s not stopping her. and at the end of the day it’s #his reserves that he has to draw on to change it back. millieverse lucifer does not come out of the cage a second time completely whole.#(which is part of the reason that this negotiation stage is. possible. because he Has to. at first. because beggars can’t be choosers #and millie’s body comes with terms he can either agree with or risk his luck trying to possess someone else while amara’s loose and he’s #barely holding himself together.#by the time that he is strong enough and capable of overtaking her vessel entirely and kicking her into the corner of her mind. well.#he doesn’t. because this is working. because there’s an understanding.#and on millie’s end. well. she’s not unaware of the precarious position she’s put herself in. and she’s not unaware that lucifer. isn’t #taking advantage. that she’s getting on his nerves and disagreeing with him and wrestling control from him constantly.#there’s something built there. it’s a little bit like respect.#which is obviously why it can’t continue. the most violating part of being possessed by Lucifer for Millie is that neither of them got to #choose when it ended.)#spn oc

really think like, isagi is someone who got his destined hero's call and dutifully set out on his journey and along the way it was revealed that he's actually the offspring of a demon, while kaiser is someone who got the hero's call said "fuck that shit" and tried to villain his way out of his duty

#'i never learned how to be a hero (read: good person) why should i start now' is what he probably thought #conversely this means he hasn't even begun his real journey yet #at the end of his life and on the cusp of its beginning. he's such a fragile and precarious existence that was always his charm you know #like he's completed but he hasn't begun to run yet. or he's already over but he hasn't tapped into his true potential #always on the cusp of something. almost there but not quite there. that type of character #kaiserposting

So apparently Kokichi is confirmed to be Not Straight by Kodaka, that he doesn't care about gender and falls in love with anyone so long as he has fun with his partner.

Which is cool to see on one hand--but on the other hand, this feels like it's going to spark intense upset with people who HC him a very specific way.

And with that in mind, if other characters who are heavily coded to be queer (Looking at you Kaito) in a nonconventional way, maybe written to be that way unintentionally, can easily be "confirmed" to be "straight" or something.

While it feels like the V3 cast is the most queer out of any Drv3 cast, and while it's cool to get these kinds of queer confirmations, I'm going to remind everyone that these as still not canon. They were not present or confirmed in any canon material and are just word of god--and as a creator myself, I know how unreliable word of god can be.

So if Kodaka decides to confirm a character's sexuality to be something that doesn't align with your interpretations, remember that word of god is not canon until it is put in canon material.

i keep forgetting that it's technically within the realm of possibility that lleyth COULD have healing magic. but it just feels like a tall order on top of everything else they have going on

#💾#they barely have a grasp on their magic as-is. they might beef it #they know their way around basic triage equipment and healing potions but magically stitching flesh back together could backfire #but they may be able to draw on the fade a little bit to tend to minor injuries and pass along the ones with more severity #to the more experienced mages. bc even if they COULD do it they'd probably be skeptical of their own ability #and rather not risk growing u a third eye or something. bc who knows #lleyth's magic is precarious and more akin to that of a wild magic sorcerer than a studied and practiced mage so. best not to tempt fate #lleyth's magic is handy if you need something blown up or electrocuted or altered within the fade #buuuut other than that it's best to leave the healing magic to the healers #but they can offer you a nice bandage and healing salve and surgery in this trying time
